E-Commerce Design

 

Tasked with redesigning e-commerce purchase path for Minnesota Orchestra. The original ticketing path had many additional feature releases to the product without thinking of the impact on the overall experience. This created a confusing and frustrating purchasing experience for users. My process in redesigning a product like this is to deconstruct all pieces that need to be present and put the puzzle back together in a more organized, streamlined manner.
