Over the past 15 years, I've worked across nearly every corner of design, from graphic and digital design to UX and design operations, which has given me a wide-angle view of how great products and teams actually get built. That range is also what's drawn me back toward leading people directly: it's where my craft instincts, strategic thinking, and care for people come together most naturally.

Outside of work, I'm endlessly curious about what shapes how people think, feel, and interact with the world, from branding and interior design to the evolving role of AI in the creative process. That curiosity is part of how I lead: staying close to what's changing, and helping teams adapt without losing sight of quality.

How I'm wired:

INFJ, Enneagram 3w4, and a CliftonStrengths profile led by Empathy, Learner, and Input (which probably explains the pull toward both people and craft).
