I've always been fascinated by how great design turns complexity into clarity.

Whether I'm designing a product, facilitating a workshop, mentoring a designer, or experimenting with AI, I'm drawn to the same question: How can we make this simpler, more useful, and more human?

Over the past 15 years, that curiosity has taken me across graphic design, digital experiences, UX, product strategy, and design operations. Seeing design from so many perspectives has shaped how I lead today, with a balance of craft, systems thinking, and genuine care for the people doing the work.

I'm at my best when navigating ambiguity, aligning teams around a shared vision, and helping designers do their best work. My favorite projects are the ones where strategy, creativity, and collaboration intersect.

Outside of work, I make time for the things that keep me curious and grounded. I believe creativity doesn't stop at work. It shows up in the way we live, learn, and create every day.
